I'm Aaron Shields, a current college student who within the last few years went through the ENTIRE college process, and was able to earn $160,000+ in scholarships to help pay for my tuition. These results might seem CRAZY, but they aren't as uncommon as you might think. I won't shy away from the fact that I had a lot of great help and mentorship along the way - but with personalized and realistic goal setting, coupled with an actionable strategy, I'm confident that students and their families can achieve exceptional results when it comes to their college journeys.
My Story
As I mentioned earlier, I've gone through the entire process recently — not 20 years ago, but within the last two years. I understand the needs and thought processes of high school students and their parents. I also understand that everyone’s goals and expectations are different, and that a “one-size-fits-all” plan is not beneficial to an individual.

Throughout my own process, I noticed that many “college coaches” were overpriced and outdated. I saw people providing college mentoring who hadn’t even submitted a college application or essay in the last 30 years! I recognized this as a huge and costly gap in the college process.

That’s why I work with students and families one-on-one — to personally understand your college goals. Together, we will build an effective plan to not just navigate, but dominate the application and scholarship process.
